UK Delivery
Wedding dresses are precious parcels, so we send dresses using an appropriate tracked and insured delivery service.
The cost of delivery will be confirmed before you purchase and will depend on the size, weight and value of the dress.
We aim to dispatch dresses promptly once payment has cleared and will let you know when your dress is on its way.
Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and that someone will be able to receive the parcel where required.
Before We Send Your Dress
Every pre-loved dress is unique. Before posting, we carefully check the dress and can provide additional photographs, video and measurements on request.
We will also tell you about any significant marks, wear, alterations or imperfections we have identified.
Please remember that bridal sizing varies considerably between designers. Measurements are provided to help you decide whether a dress is likely to fit, but they cannot guarantee the fit of a particular dress.
